Frequently Asked Questions

Do you run the ads for us?

No. We provide the ad copy and all the campaign assets. You or your ads person runs the ads. This keeps the Kit focused and the price low - ad management is a separate service entirely.

Can you build this on our existing website?

Yes, in most cases. If your existing setup works for a campaign page, we’ll build there. If it doesn’t, we can use our own system to keep things moving without delay.

What if we don’t have a CRM?

No problem. We work with Active Campaign and GoHighLevel. If you’re already on either of those, we plug the campaign automations straight in, no extra cost, it’s included in the Kit.

If you don’t have a CRM yet, we can get you set up on GoHighLevel properly. That means a fully configured sub-account, custom domain, email sending, pipelines, and all the campaign automations wired in and ready to go. This isn’t a basic trial, it’s your marketing system, built and running from day one.

Pricing for GHL setup:

  • One-off setup fee: £200–£300 + VAT (depending on complexity)
  • Monthly licence and automation management: £100 + VAT/month

There’s no long-term contract. If you decide it’s not for you, you can cancel the monthly at any time. But in practice, once everything is set up and running, most clients find it’s the one tool they actually keep.

How long does it take?

Usually, 7 to 14 days from when we receive everything we need from you. The faster you send us your assets, the faster we can turn it around.

Is this an ongoing service?

No. This is a one-off campaign build. There’s no retainer, no monthly fee and no obligation after delivery. Once it’s built, it’s yours.

Can we order more than one campaign?

Yes. Each campaign is scoped and priced separately, so if you want to run multiple promotions across the year, we can plan those out with you. A lot of clients come back 2-3 times once they see the first one live.
